An Eight Month Men’s Journey
Honest Dialogue - Embodied Practices -
Deep Reflection - Support -Accountability
Are you:
wrestling with patterns of self-sabotage, isolation, or stagnation?
seeking a supportive community?
sensing there’s more to life but unsure how to access it?
ready to move beyond outdated ideas of what it means to “be a man”?
Step into a supportive circle and find greater purpose, vitality, and truth
Over eight months, we'll use a combination of authentic dialogue, mindful and somatic practices, ritual and reflection to support your growth and transformation. Together we will create a sacred container where vulnerability, accountability, and presence open the door to integrity and deep connection.
This is for you if:
You are a male-identified individual:
who feels stuck and hungers to build a life of purpose and connection
who isn’t satisfied with playing the victim and blaming others for their struggles
who is ready to make lasting changes and has a growth mindset
who is ready to risk greater vulnerability
Stagnation takes many forms. Maybe you’re in soul sucking job that pays the bills, but leaves you feeling dead inside. Perhaps you’re struggling in your intimate relationships. Maybe there’s a project, book or business venture you keep putting off because it’s ‘not practical’ or you’re ‘not ready’. You might want to improve your health, but you keep eating junk food, drinking too much and letting your gym membership go unused.
We all deal with challenges like these in our lives. What makes the difference is how you chose to respond to them. Having the right support can help you persevere.
